1. What Is a Valid Click?
A valid click is a genuine user action on a job link you shared via artha.link.
Counts as valid when:
A real user clicks a job link
The click comes from organic traffic
The user lands properly on the job destination page
Does NOT count when:
Bot, automated, or suspicious traffic
Repeated or rapid clicks from the same user
Self-clicks or incentivised clicks
Accidental or misleading clicks
Only valid clicks are counted for Revenue Per Click (RPC).
2. What Counts as a Valid Application?
A valid application means a real candidate has fully completed and submitted a job application through your link.
An application is considered valid when:
The user clicks through to the job via your unique artha.link
They complete the entire application process and submit it
The submission passes our system's quality checks
The traffic originates from a genuine, verifiable end-user connection
An application is NOT considered valid when:
It is left incomplete or abandoned partway through
It is a duplicate submission (the same candidate applying more than once within a short period of time)
It is fraudulent, automated (bot-generated), or spam
It fails to meet basic candidate authenticity or data-quality standards
The originating traffic is routed through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or a known data-center/hosting-provider IP address, rather than a genuine residential or mobile end-user connection
It otherwise originates from traffic sources that our system identifies as suspicious, non-genuine, or inconsistent with authentic user behavior
Only valid applications, as defined above, are counted toward your Revenue Per Application (RPA).
3. What Counts as a Valid Hire?
A valid hire means a real candidate who applied through your artha.link has been successfully hired for an RPH (Revenue Per Hire) job.
A hire is considered valid when:
The candidate reached the job through your unique artha.link
They completed the full selection process, including the AI assessment and, where applicable, one round of interview
The hiring side confirms the hire
The candidate and their application meet the same authenticity and data-quality standards that apply to valid applications
A hire is NOT considered valid, and generates no revenue, when:
The candidate applied to the same role independently before using your link (the hire cannot be attributed to you retroactively)
The candidate does not complete the assessment or drops out during the selection process
The candidate is not selected for the role
The application behind it is fraudulent, automated, impersonated, or fails authenticity checks
The same candidate is hired for additional roles after their first successful hire (each candidate is eligible for one hire payout only, tied to their first confirmed hire)
Notes on RPH validity:
RPH jobs are fully remote and open worldwide. Location-based restrictions that apply to some RPC and RPA jobs do not apply to RPH jobs.
The selection process typically takes up to 20 days, so RPH revenue appears later than click or application revenue. Once the hire is confirmed, the revenue is credited to your earnings automatically.
Only valid hires, as defined above, are counted toward your Revenue Per Hire (RPH).
How This Affects Your Earnings and Account
Invalid, fraudulent, or suspicious activity is identified and filtered automatically by our system
Reported earnings reflect only verified clicks, valid completed applications, and confirmed hires
This filtering process is applied consistently across all publishers to ensure payouts remain accurate, fair, and transparent
If suspicious or fraudulent activity continues or is found to be repeated or deliberate, Artha reserves the right to suspend or permanently block the associated account, and to withhold any pending or accrued earnings connected to such activity
Artha reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a given click, application, or hire meets the validity criteria set out above.
