There are three earning models on artha.link:
RPC: Revenue Per Click
RPA: Revenue Per Application
RPH: Revenue Per Hire
You don't need to set anything manually. This happens automatically.
What Is RPC (Revenue Per Click)?
You earn when someone clicks on a job from your artha.link
The click must be real and valid
The user does not need to apply
RPC jobs work well when your audience likes to explore jobs.
What Is RPA (Revenue Per Application)?
You earn when someone applies for a job after clicking your link
Applications must be genuine
RPA payouts are usually higher than RPC
RPA jobs work best when your audience is highly engaged.
What Is RPH (Revenue Per Hire)?
You earn when someone who applied through your artha.link is successfully hired
Clicks and applications on RPH jobs do not earn on their own; the hire is what pays
RPH payouts are the highest of all three models
All current RPH jobs are fully remote and open worldwide, so anyone in your audience can apply
The hiring process includes an AI assessment and sometimes one round of interview, and typically takes up to 20 days. Once the hire is confirmed, the revenue is automatically added to your earnings.
RPH jobs work best when your audience's skills genuinely match the roles you share.

How Tracking Works (In Simple Terms)
Someone clicks or applies to a job on your link.
The user is redirected to the job URL.
We append a click_id to the URL.
artha.link tracks that action.
If the action is valid, we receive a response and flag it as approved.
Once an action is flagged as approved, it reflects in your earnings.
Invalid or repeated actions are filtered automatically.
For RPC and RPA, validation takes nearly a week.
For RPH, earnings appear once the hire is confirmed, which typically takes up to 15 days from application.
You don't need to install anything or track links yourself.
Why Some Actions Don't Earn
You may see clicks or applications that don't turn into earnings because they are invalid.
What are valid clicks?
Clicks that don't fall into any invalid category are marked as valid. Invalid clicks are: bot clicks, abroad clicks, expired clicks, and duplicate clicks.
Here is a definition of each invalid click type:
Bot clicks: Clicks made by automated systems or software instead of real human users.
Abroad clicks: Clicks coming from outside the allowed geographic region, i.e. when the job seeker's location and the job post's country differ. Note: This rule applies to RPC and RPA jobs only. RPH jobs are fully remote and open globally, so there is no geographic restriction on them.
Expired clicks: Clicks made on job ads that have already expired or been removed.
Duplicate clicks: Multiple clicks from the same user, device, or IP within a short time frame.
Final earnings are shown after validation.
Which Is Better: RPC, RPA or RPH?
There's no "better" one. It depends on your audience.
RPC → more clicks, steady earnings
RPA → fewer actions, higher payout per action
RPH → fewest conversions, highest payout per conversion
Most creators earn from all three at the same time.
In Simple Words
RPC = paid for real clicks
RPA = paid for real applications
RPH = paid for successful hires
You earn only from genuine activity
Just focus on sharing relevant jobs. Tracking and payouts are automatic.
