artha.link now supports a third earning model: RPH, Revenue Per Hire.
With RPH jobs, you earn when someone who applied through your artha.link is successfully hired. Clicks and applications on RPH jobs do not generate revenue by themselves; the hire is what pays.
The three earning models on artha.link
Model | You earn when... | Payout size | Speed |
RPC (Revenue Per Click) | Someone makes a valid click on a job | Smallest | Fastest |
RPA (Revenue Per Application) | Someone submits a genuine application | Medium | Fast |
RPH (Revenue Per Hire) | Someone is successfully hired | Highest | Slower (hiring takes time) |
You don't choose a model per job. Each job on artha.link already has its type, and everything is tracked automatically.
What makes RPH jobs different?
Fully remote, open worldwide. All current RPH jobs are 100% remote, so anyone in your audience can apply, regardless of where they live.
Highest payouts. Because a hire is the most valuable outcome, RPH jobs pay significantly more per conversion than clicks or applications.
Fewer, bigger wins. You won't convert as often as with RPC or RPA, but each successful hire is worth much more.
How the RPH process works
Someone applies to an RPH job through your artha.link.
AI assessment. The candidate completes an AI-powered skills assessment, usually a short AI interview.
Interview (sometimes). Some roles include one round of interview after the assessment.
Selection. If the candidate is selected and the hire is confirmed, the job is considered a successful hire.
You get paid. The revenue for that hire is automatically added to your artha.link earnings. You don't need to claim or report anything.
The full process typically takes up to 20 days from application to hire confirmation. Some roles can take longer depending on the position and the number of applicants.
Frequently asked questions
Do I earn anything if someone clicks or applies to an RPH job but isn't hired?
No. RPH jobs pay only on a successful hire. Clicks and applications on RPH jobs are tracked, but they don't generate revenue on their own.
How do I know which jobs are RPH?
The job type is shown on each job listing in your artha.link dashboard, along with the payout amount. You'll always know what a job pays and when, before you share it.
Can people from any country apply to RPH jobs?
Yes. All current RPH jobs are fully remote and open globally, so location-based validity rules that apply to some RPC and RPA jobs do not restrict RPH applications.
Why do RPH jobs take longer to pay than RPC or RPA?
A hire involves an assessment, sometimes an interview, and a final selection decision. That process typically takes up to 20 days. Once the hire is confirmed, the revenue is credited automatically.
Does an application guarantee a hire?
No. Every candidate goes through the standard assessment process, and selection depends on the role's requirements and how well the candidate's skills match. Sharing RPH jobs with an audience whose skills actually fit the roles is the single biggest factor in your conversion rate.
What if someone from my audience had already applied to the same role on their own?
The hire is attributed to your artha.link only if the candidate reached the job through your link. If they applied independently before using your link, the hire cannot be attributed to you retroactively.
What if my referred candidate is considered for multiple roles?
A candidate's hire is credited once, based on the first role they are successfully hired for. If they're later matched to additional roles, no additional revenue is issued for the same candidate.
Is there a limit to how many RPH hires I can earn from?
No. There's no cap. Every distinct candidate from your audience who is successfully hired earns you the payout listed on that job.
Can the payout amount for an RPH job change?
Payout amounts can be updated over time. The amount shown on the job at the time your audience applies is the amount that applies to those applications. Later changes affect only new applications.
Do I need to do anything differently to promote RPH jobs?
The sharing process is identical: share your artha.link as usual. What changes is strategy. RPH jobs reward audience quality over volume, so they work best when you highlight roles that genuinely match your audience's skills and mention that the roles are fully remote and open worldwide.
Where can I track my RPH earnings?
In your artha.link dashboard under the Earnings section, alongside your RPC and RPA earnings. RPH revenue appears once the hire is confirmed, and is paid out through your normal monthly payout cycle.
Who can I contact if a hire I expected wasn't credited?
Reach out to artha.link support through the chat on your dashboard with the job and approximate application date, and we'll check the attribution for you.
