What are Job ads?

Job ads are job listings you share with your audience using your artha.link. All job ads are added and managed automatically - no manual setup needed. You earn by sharing job listings with your audience.

artha.link automatically supports three earning models, based on how your audience interacts with the jobs you share.

All job types are available on your artha.link at the same time. No setup, no choosing.

How earnings work

artha.link includes three types of job ads, and you earn depending on what your audience does.

1. RPC Jobs (Revenue Per Click)

How it works: You earn every time someone clicks a job link from your artha.link.

Best for: Creators with strong traffic or highly engaged audiences.

If your audience likes exploring links, RPC jobs turn casual clicks into steady earnings.

Common use cases:

  • Newsletter creators with high open rates

  • Social media creators with engaged followers

  • Bloggers driving consistent traffic

2. RPA Jobs (Revenue Per Application)

How it works: You earn when someone completes and submits a valid job application through your link.

Best for: High-intent audiences who are actively job-hunting.

RPA jobs usually offer higher payouts because they require more commitment from the user.

Common use cases:

  • Niche career communities

  • Industry-specific creators

  • Career coaches and job search advisors

3. RPH Jobs (Revenue Per Hire)

How it works: You earn when someone who applied through your link is successfully hired. The selection process includes an AI assessment and sometimes one round of interview, and typically takes up to 15 days. Once the hire is confirmed, the revenue is added to your earnings automatically.

Best for: Audiences with strong professional skills who are serious about landing a role.

RPH jobs offer the highest payout per conversion of all three models, because a hire is the most valuable outcome. All current RPH jobs are fully remote and open worldwide, so your audience can apply from any country.

Common use cases:

  • Tech, developer, and specialist communities

  • Creators whose audience has verifiable professional experience

  • Career coaches working with job-ready candidates
