How Is My Revenue Calculated?

Your revenue is based on real, high-quality interactions your audience makes on the job ads you share. Your earnings come from Valid Clicks and Valid Applications.

Written by Dency Suchak

1. Valid Clicks (RPC Revenue)

  • Only unique, real, human clicks are counted

  • These clicks generate RPC (Revenue Per Click) revenue

  • You can see your valid click count in your earnings breakdown

2. Valid Applications (RPA Revenue)

  • You earn when a user submits a complete job application

  • Only genuine, non-duplicate, high-quality applications are counted

  • Partial, spam, or repeated applications are automatically filtered out

3. Successful Hires (RPH Revenue)

  • You earn when someone who applied through your artha.link is successfully hired

  • Clicks and applications on RPH jobs do not earn on their own; only the confirmed hire generates revenue

  • The hiring process includes an AI assessment and sometimes one round of interview, and typically takes up to 20 days

  • Once the hire is confirmed, the revenue is added to your earnings automatically

  • RPH payouts are the highest per conversion of all three models

3. What Does NOT Count

The following interactions are excluded from your revenue:

  • Bot clicks or bot applications – Automated or non-human activity

  • Duplicate clicks or duplicate applications – Multiple actions from the same user within a short timeframe

  • Suspicious or low-quality traffic/activity – Fraudulent or manipulated interactions

  • Expired job clicks – Clicks on job postings that have been deactivated

  • Out-of-range clicks – Clicks from users outside the target location

  • Incomplete RPH processes: Applications to RPH jobs where the candidate is not hired, drops out, or does not complete the assessment

4. Total Revenue

Your total revenue depends on:

  • Valid Clicks (for RPC jobs)

  • Valid Applications (for RPA jobs)

  • Successful Hires (for RPH jobs)

View your complete breakdown in your artha.link Dashboard tab, where you'll see:

  • Valid Clicks: [number]

  • Valid Applications: [number]

  • Total amount earned
