Where to View Earnings
In the Dashboard → Earnings, you can see:
Total clicks received
RPC jobs (Revenue Per Click) performance
RPA jobs (Revenue Per Application) performance
RPH jobs (Revenue Per Hire) performance
Total earnings (calculated automatically)
Is It Real-Time?
Earnings are shown after verification, not in real time.
Clicks and job interactions appear first
RPC and RPA earnings are verified and updated after some time
Final RPC and RPA earnings may reflect after a couple of days, once clicks and applications are validated
This delay helps ensure accurate and valid payouts.
RPH earnings take longer
RPH earnings work differently from RPC and RPA, and this is expected:
RPH revenue is credited only after a hire is confirmed, not when someone clicks or applies
The selection process includes an AI assessment and sometimes one round of interview, and typically takes up to 20 days from application
Until the hire is confirmed, you won't see any RPH revenue for that candidate, even if the click and application already appear in your stats
So if someone applied to an RPH job through your link and you don't see earnings yet, nothing is wrong. The candidate is likely still in the selection process. Once the hire is confirmed, the revenue is added to your earnings automatically.
